I saw the same structural problems repeat at company after company — documentation systems that worked at 200 topics but broke at 2,000, migrations that reproduced old problems in new tools, workflows held together by workarounds nobody questioned. But nobody was engineering solutions for this specific scaling problem. Therefore I built ImprovementSoft.
