Quickly accept or reject all tracked changes across your entire project — or just within a folder.

Accept All Changes

Accept all tracked changes in all topics:

1. Click Accept all changes in project in the Tracked changes group.
2. All change tracking markup is removed and changes are accepted.
3. Changes are processed across all topic files in the project.

Reject All Changes

Reject all tracked changes in all topics:

1. Click Reject all changes in project in the Tracked changes group.
2. All tracked changes are rejected and original text is restored.
3. Changes are processed across all topic files in the project.

Accept or Reject Changes in a Folder

To limit the operation to part of the project:

1. Click Accept changes in folder or Reject changes in folder in the Tracked changes group.
2. Select the folder. All topic files within it are processed.

This is the safer choice when different content areas are in different review stages.
