Visualize the most-used words in your content as a word cloud — a quick way to see what your documentation is actually about, and to spot overused terms.

To create a word cloud

• Click Create a Word Cloud (project) to build the cloud from all .htm and .flsnp files in your project, or
• Click Create a Word Cloud (folder) and pick a folder to build the cloud from the .htm and .flsnp files in that folder (sub-folders included).

Use cases

• Get a bird's-eye view of a project's terminology before a migration or restructure
• Compare the vocabulary of two content areas (run the folder variant on each)
• Spot filler words and overused terms worth a style-guide rule
